We recently completed a major remodel of our store in Fond du Lac, WI, with IEI General Contractors as the general contractor and project managers. There were many benefits with having IEI as our contractor on this project. They handled everything from the subcontractor bidding process, scheduling, change orders and managment of the subs.
The scope of work included complete new floor (VCT and carpet), interior and exterior painting, new restrooms, Pharmacy and Optical upgrades, fixture relocation, electrical and mechanical trades. Project came in substantially under the $1,000,000 budget.
We have worked with IEI General Contractors on numerous projects over the years, and would highly recommend them as a general contractor on any type of project.

Dear Brad,
This letter is to let you know that it has been an absolute pleasure working with you and your Superintendent Dennis Cashman on the Student Services project at Fox Valley Technical College.
      When entering into such a rigorous and ambitious project with what seems like an unrealistic schedule, one is more than tentative as to how construction of this magnitude can be completed on time. With IEI's flexibility and orchestration of subcontractors, the seemingly impossible was accomplished. You helped to create this successful undertaking by:
           1. Allowing the College to combine two year's worth of work into one summer. The additional bookkeeping of these two Contracts on IEI's part was seamless.
           2. Assuring that all material submittals were sent, reviewed, and approved well in advance of the start date, and that direct purchase orders were executed as well for both contracts.
           3. Getting a "jump start" on the project by working the necessary hours of overtime (at no cost to the College) to demolish areas so that crews could begin their reconstructive activities promptly.
           4. Insisting that all trades keep to the schedule developed by IEI. This was undoubtedly unpopular at times, but your staff as well as subcontractors shared in the common goal of a project they could be proud of. I attribute that attitude to IEI's committment to construction excellence for the Valley.
      Quantic Architecture had worked successfully in the past with IEI General Contractors, Inc. on several small projects. This major undertaking has solidified our position that IEI is to be considered a Contractor of preference. Your attention to detail Brad, and proven staff including Dennis Cashman on this particular project along with others we have worked with from your firm, give clients a superior facility construction project.
      IEI has earned a reputation of quality craftmanship.  This most recent collaberation proves that your firm is truly a partner in the process, and is willing to go the extra mile to be "on time and on budget".
