The construction of the $6-million, 30,000-square-foot building for Bellin Cancer Care Center, Bellin Health System, Green Bay, Wisconsin, began in September 2007, and the facility opened in February 2008. It was a very fast paced construction project, and we had very aggressive deadlines to keep. It was important that we accurately estimated the building costs of the project at every step.
