Maintain Project Files; 12. Monitor the Quality of Workmanship; 13. Secure Warranties / Guarantees; 14. Expedite Project Close Out; 15. Process Monthly Pay Applications

JOBSITE SUPERINTENDENT

Construction Phase / Supervisor: 1. Coordinate all Work in Progress; 2. Schedule Subcontractors; 3. Maintain Project Schedule; 4. Communicate with Project Manager; 5. Monitor Jobsite Safety; 6. Daily Quality Control; 7. Maintain Project Security

Construction Phase / Self-Performed Work: 1. Carpenter Foreman; 2. Work done with our own Forces; 3. Concrete (walls vs. slabs); 4. Carpentry (rough and finish); 5. Masonry; 6. Demolition; 7. Install Doors, Frames and Hardware; 8. Install Toilet Partitions and Accessories; 9. Etc.
