IEI Supply Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary that simplifies the process and expedites material purchases to save Wisconsin Sales/Use tax on construction projects for IEI General Contractors’ non-profit customers.

Tasks available through IEI Supply Inc. include:

  • Identify material purchases
  • Execute purchase orders
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Submit a monthly invoice to the owner/architect for payment

Trade contractors and IEI Supply Inc. review all invoices for compliance prior to submission to the owner.

This process saves time and money by having the owner track just one material purchase invoice from IEI Supply Inc. versus multiple invoices from each individual contractor.
