Work description:
- Review awarded bids and organize the startup of the project
- Conduct bid reviews and write contracts and purchase orders
- Set up pre-construction meetings
- Develop project schedule and update as needed through completion of project
- Daily communication with owners and architects
- Conduct project meetings and meetings notes as needed on project
- Monitor job site safety
- Coordinate shop drawings and submittals as needed
- Secure applicable permits
- Process change orders for subs and IEI
- Maintain project files
- Monitor quality of workmanship
- Monthly billings
- Project closeout documents
In short, IEI is looking for a well-mannered individual that can take a construction project of any size from start up to completion with the goal of keeping the owner happy and all of the workers safe.
