The venerable Menards location in Ashwaubenon no longer satisfied space needs for the successful home improvement retailer when the company purchased land for a new store on the west side of the Green Bay metro area.
IEI General Contractors built the new facility along Highway 41 from the ground up in 2012, performing all the concrete, masonry and carpentry work.
